Huge hailstones shatter windows at mall in Hong Kong

A torrential hail storm has struck Hong Kong, shattering windows at a shopping centre in the Kowloon Tong district.

Amateur video shows rain pouring into the Festival Walk mall, accompanied by frequent flashes of lightning.

Meanwhile, several provinces of southern China were also battered by storms - including hailstones the size of golf balls.

BBC weather forecaster Chris Fawkes reports.
