My Day: Indonesian bus driver Dahlia

The Indonesian capital Jakarta is the largest city in the world without a mass transport system.

Last year the city started building its very first subway line, but until that is done the TransJakarta busway, a bus system that runs in a dedicated lane, is really the only way Jakarta's 14 million residents can avoid the daily traffic gridlock.

Dahlia is one of the busway's few female drivers. She spoke to BBC News about her working day.
