Life in South Waziristan after the Pakistan Taliban

Pakistan's government is due to resume talks with the Taliban shortly, aimed at ending the group's long-running insurgency.

One area which will be watching the outcome closely is South Waziristan, a tribal area which the Pakistani military re-took from the Taliban in 2010.

Many of the insurgents there retreated to neighbouring North Waziristan.

Shumaila Jaffery visited South Waziristan to find out about life after the Taliban.
