S Korean president on ferry: 'It breaks my heart'

South Korean President Park Geun-hye has apologised for failing to prevent the ferry disaster that has left more than 300 people dead or missing.

At a memorial for the 250 school children who were on board, she apologised for the slow response to the tragedy.

Her apology comes amid ongoing work to retrieve bodies from the sunken hull.
