Beijing cuts pollution for international APEC summit

Beijing is gearing up for a major international summit and the scale and cost of its preparations would put any other host city to shame.

World leaders including President Obama and President Putin are due to attend the Asian Pacific Economic Co-operation Summit (Apec).
