Climate change: Nepalese village devastated by landslide

A key UN climate change conference in Peru hopes to lay the groundwork for a new agreement to limit greenhouse gas emissions.

However, a BBC investigation has found that hundreds of climate change projects, already agreed, may never be implemented due to lack of funds.
