Afghan president: 'Utilise opportunities to overcome the past'

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has been in London attending an international conference.

Delegates from more than 50 nations met in the UK capital for talks intended to boost Afghanistan's prospects after most foreign combat forces leave this month.
