India prepares for President Obama's visit

On Sunday President Obama begins a three-day visit to India where he has been invited by India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, to attend the country's Republic Day parade.

The trip is being viewed as an endorsement of Mr Modi's leadership.

The US is India's second largest trade partner, after China, and the visit will focus on deepening economic and defence ties between the two countries.

The BBC's Yogita Limaye reports from Delhi.
