Father of 'nut rage' executive testifies in Seoul court

Korean Air Chief Executive Cho Yang-ho has appeared in court in Seoul to testify at the trial of his daughter.

Cho Hyun-ah, a former vice president of Korean Air, is charged with violating aviation safety following a "nut rage" incident.

She flew into a rage when macadamia nuts were served to her in a bag and not on a plate on a Seoul-bound flight from New York on 5 December.

Ms Cho ordered her plane, that was taxiing, to return to the gate and offload the chief steward.

She could face up to 10 years in jail.
