TransAsia crash: 'I saw the plane drop down very quickly'

At least 12 people have died after a TransAsia Airways plane clipped a bridge and crashed into a river near Taipei.

Fifty-eight people were onboard the domestic flight, and a number of people were reportedly injured.

Ken Kuan who works nearby, saw the plane just before it hit the bridge and says he thinks the pilot was trying to avoid crashing into buildings.
