Delhi local election Modi's first electoral test

A closely fought local election in Delhi could be the first real test of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popularity.

Voters are choosing between the anti-corruption Aam Aadmi, or common man, party (AAP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which is Modi's party and holds power nationally.

The capital has been without its own government since Arvind Kejriwal of the AAP quit as chief minister last year.

Sanjoy Majumder reports from Delhi.
