Can India make its schoolchildren's dreams come true?

India has made massive progress in getting all its children to school, according to a new global education report by the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco).

In 2000, there were 19 million children out of school in India. That figure has dropped to just one million but there are still major weaknesses in the country's education system.
