'Official notice' given for execution of three of the Bali Nine

Three of the so-called 'Bali Nine' have been given official notification of their execution in Indonesia for drug smuggling.

Two Australians, Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, and a Philippines woman, Mary Jane Veloso, were notified by officials.
