Nepal earthquake: Panic as strong aftershock hits Kathmandu

A powerful aftershock has hit the Kathmandu region of Nepal - where almost 2,000 people were killed by an earthquake yesterday.

Officials say the number of dead is likely to rise as rescuers dig through the rubble of collapsed buildings and reach more remote areas.
