Asia migrants: The survivors' stories

The United Nations has repeated its warning that the thousands of migrants who are stranded in the Andaman sea are running out of food and water.

Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia are all refusing to let their boats land.

At least 700 Bangladeshis and Rohingya from Myanmar were rescued off Aceh last week by locals, bringing the numbers in camps there to at least 1,500.

The BBC's Martin Patience has been speaking to survivors in the Indonesian port of Langsa.
