Myanmar journalist braves floodwaters

Myanmar has declared an emergency in parts of the country where hundreds of thousands are suffering from incessant flooding.

More than 20 people have died and up to up to 150,000 people are believed to have been displaced or had their livelihoods affected.

Reporting on the crisis for Democratic Voice of Burma, one journalist filed a report from the southern city of Bago whilst up to his chest in water.
