Pakistan execution: Shafqat Hussain was tortured, claim supporters

Pakistan has executed a man convicted of murder eleven years ago, despite objections from human rights groups and the United Nations.

Shafqat Hussain was found guilty of kidnapping and murdering a child in 2004.

His lawyers say he was 14 at the time of his conviction and that his confession was extracted through torture by police, but authorities have denied this.

Shaimaa Khalil reports from Islamabad.
