Japan restarts first nuclear power plant since Fukushima

Japan has restarted its first nuclear reactor under new safety rules following the 2011 Fukushima disaster, sparked by a tsunami and earthquake.

The BBC's Rupert Wingfield-Hayes reports from Tokyo.
