Bangkok blast: Mobile phone footage captures moment of explosion

Mobile phone footage captures the moment a deadly bomb exploded close to a shrine in the centre of Thailand's capital, Bangkok.

At least 19 people have been killed and at least 100 injured, reports say.

A second bomb has been found in the area and made safe according to officials.
