Thailand attacks: Footage of blast at Bangkok pier

There has been an explosion at a pier in Bangkok, a day after a deadly bomb blast at a shrine in the Thai capital.

At least 20 people were killed in Monday's attack but no-one was hurt in Tuesday's explosion.

Maj Gen Weerachon Sukhontapatipak, a spokesman for the government, said it was not yet known if the events were linked.
