Abdullah Abdullah denies Afghan government infighting

Abdullah Abdullah, the chief executive officer in Afghanistan's unity government, has denied that fighting between himself and President Ashraf Ghani is hampering progress.

Speaking to the BBC's John Simpson, Mr Abdullah said the men were working together "in the interests of the country".
