Father of Japanese boy: 'I deeply apologise'

A seven-year-old Japanese boy has been reunited with his parents a week after being abandoned by them in a forest.

Yamato Tanooka was found sheltering at a military facility in Hokkaido.

His father Takayuki Tanooka apologised outside the hospital where his son was taken.
