China's Communist Party hosts a 'dialogue' - but is anyone talking?

The normally secretive Chinese Communist Party has held a "Dialogue with the World" event in the city of Chongqing.

It was billed as a chance for the rest of the world to get a glimpse of what China's political elite are thinking.
