Living in the shadow of Angkor Wat

Cambodia's second city Siem Reap is home to the temples of Angkor and has transformed itself from a sleepy provincial town to a major international tourist destination in little more than a decade.

The site heaves with tourists and the government recently announced a significant hike in the price of tickets, the first increase in more than two decades.

But does the money it attracts benefit those who live around it?
