Pence warns North Korea not to test Donald Trump

US Vice-President Mike Pence has warned North Korea "not to test" President Trump's resolve, amid escalated tensions in the region.

He arrived in South Korea's capital Seoul on Sunday, hours after North Korea carried out a failed missile launch.
