When the Rohingya village of Gaw Du Thar Ya in Myanmar's Rakhine state was set on fire by local youths, the BBC's Jonathan Head was there to witness it.

Now in Bangladesh he tracks down its inhabitants who fled over the border in the wake of the violence sweeping the region.
