Afghanistan: Homes and streets destroyed in Kabul

At least eight people were killed and 20 others were wounded in a coordinated attack in Kabul, Afghanistan's capital.

Security officials said that Tuesday's attack targeted the country's defence minister, Bismillah Khan Mohammadi, who was away when gunmen exploded a bomb and fired shots on their way to his house.
