Afghanistan: Everybody got it wrong on Taliban takeover - General Sir Nick Carter

The UK's most senior army chief, General Sir Nick Carter, says everybody got it wrong when it comes to intelligence over the Taliban's rapid takeover of Afghanistan.

The chief of the defence staff told the BBC's Andrew Marr that nobody predicted how "fragile" the Afghan government was.
