South China Sea: Watch Philippines and China coast guard standoff

The BBC was granted rare access to a Philippine Coastguard ship and whilst onboard, the Chinese Coastguard shadowed and even blocked the Filipino boat.

The BBC also saw at least 100 Chinese fishing boats moored together in Whitsun Reef – which the Philippines claim as theirs.
