China politicians begin campaigning at annual session

China's politicians have begun campaigning at the annual session of the National People's Congress, ahead of the reshuffle that will see a change in its top figures later this year.

The Chinese government wants the once-in-a-decade changeover to take place behind closed doors, but some of those hoping to advance their careers are being more open about their aims.
