China facing cancer 'epidemic'

Doctors in China are trying to cope with a huge increase in the number of cases of cancer.

Few hospitals in the country offer screening programmes and many patients are not diagnosed until it is too late.

China is home to approximately 20% of the world's population and accounts for 27% of all cancer deaths.
