'How getting divorced will help me buy property in Shanghai'

There's a social trend emerging in China - some couples are opting for a quickie divorce so they can get around new rules on buying property.

The government's trying to calm a booming housing market by placing restrictions on who can buy what.

But in some cities people are getting divorced, then planning to re marry to avoid the extra cost.
