Hong Kong: Protesters removed from HK parliament building
Protesters have been removed from Hong Kong's parliament after an hours-long siege.
Police fired tear gas into the remaining crowd outside the building as they advanced. Most of the demonstrators had left the building by then, though a few still remained in the central chamber.
Hong Kong was marking the 22nd anniversary of its handover from British to Chinese rule. But as officials raised their glasses in celebration, protesters were rallying on the city's streets.
