Mystery girl Geeta dreams of returning home to India

The mystery surrounding the identity of a speech and hearing impaired girl found on the Pakistani side of the Pakistan-India border more than a decade ago may soon be solved.

The girl had no name or papers and was taken in by the Edhi charity in Pakistan.

It was suspected she could be Indian but there was no way to prove it.

Faisal Edhi, the son of the charity founder, tells how they have looked after the girl they call Geeta in the intervening years.
