Huge crowds for India PM Modi's California visit

BBC News reports on the reception given to India's Narendra Modi on his trip to Silicon Valley in California - the first such visit by an Indian prime minister for more than three decades.

He was welcomed by more than 20,000 ex-pats on Sunday evening at a stadium reception in San Jose - but protests against his government were also in evidence.
