Delhi prepares for controversial cultural festival

Delhi is preparing for a three-day cultural festival on the floodplains of the Yamuna river despite opposition from environmentalists.

Organisers have been fined a preliminary amount of 50 million rupees ($744,262; £523,172) but have been allowed to go ahead with the event.
