Shanghai tower block fire kills at least 42
A fire in a 28-storey Shanghai apartment building has killed at least 42 people.
It is believed to have started in construction scaffolding surrounding the building.
The fire has continued to smoulder throughout the night, sending plumes of smoke across the city.
