Families of miners: Body language is showing despair
There will be no attempt to rescue 29 trapped miners in New Zealand until Sunday morning at the earliest.
The amount of toxic gas at the Pike River coal mine has increased, making it too dangerous to continue testing the air quality to establish when rescuers can enter.
The mayor of the nearby town of Greymouth, Tony Kokshoorn, says that members of the miners' families, gathered at the site, are finding the waiting very difficult.
