Cyclone Yasi's winds were 'like a freight train'

The Australian state of Queensland is counting the cost as the powerful cyclone Yasi carved a trail of destruction across the north-east with winds of nearly 300km/h (185mph).

Penny Gross whose home was battered by the cyclone overnight, told the BBC from Ravenshoe in Queensland, that the winds "were like a huge freight train".
