Japan quake: Fukushima workers having 'a tough time'

Workers attempting to make safe the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant in Japan are having a "tough time" according to Tepco (Tokyo Electric Power Co) spokesman Hiro Hasegawa.

The plant's operator, Tepco, told the BBC's Rachel Harvey that the country may face power shortages due to damaged infrastructure.

Workers have begun injecting nitrogen into one of the reactors to prevent more hydrogen blasts.
