IAEA chief visits Fukushima nuclear plant
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency has inspected the Fukushima nuclear plant that was damaged in Japan's earthquake and tsunami.
IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said he is optimistic that workers at the Fukushima nuclear plant could bring the leaking reactors under control by early next year as planned.
Amano's visit to the plant was his first since the March 11 disaster that destroyed power and cooling systems.
