Boeing's 787 Dreamliner touches down in Tokyo

After years of production delays the first 787 Dreamliner has finally arrived in Japan, the home of its new owners.

US planemaker Boeing delivered the plane to All Nippon Airways (ANA) on 26 September.

The fuel-efficient 787 Dreamliner is made from lightweight composite materials.

Boeing plans to make 10 of the planes a month from 2013. Roland Buerk reports from Tokyo.
