Malaysian opposition leader faces jail on sodomy charges
On Tuesday the Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim will find out whether he will have to go back to prison.
Mr Anwar was sacked from government in 1998 and imprisoned for six years on what were widely dismissed as trumped-up charges.
Since his release he has united three disparate opposition parties to pose the first serious challenge to the governing coalition's monopoly on power.
But he has been charged for a second time with breaking Malaysia's law against sodomy.
The BBC's Jonathan Head has been speaking to him.
