Sydney cafe siege: Gunman 'fell off watch list'
A wide-ranging security review has been ordered by Australia's Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, in the aftermath of the siege at a cafe in Sydney.
Two hostages were killed along with the gunman, Man Haron Monis.
Mr Abbott said questions needed to be answered about why Monis was at large, despite what he called his " very chequered history," and why he had fallen off a security watch-list five years ago.
Phil Mercer reports from Sydney.
