Peter Greste: 'I don't know why I'm free'
Al-Jazeera journalist Peter Greste, who was freed on Sunday after more than a year in an Egyptian prison, has told the BBC's Andrew Harding he was not aware of the reason why he was set free.
Speaking in Brisbane, Australia, Mr Greste said it was ''tough'' leaving his colleagues, who remain in jail.
''I don't know what was involved in the negotiations or the discussions...all I was told was, it's time to go,'' he said.
And he said when he finally saw his parents again. his mother ''smacked him over the ear'' and told him ''not to do it again''.
