Australians battle rising floodwaters

Torrential rain caused by a powerful tropical cyclone has left residents battling through submerged streets in eastern Australia.

Six large rivers have hit major flood levels, including Wilsons River which surged over the levee in the town of Lismore - home to 25,000 people. Also badly affected is Murwillumbah in New South Wales.
