Freak weather havoc hits Europe

The death toll in flooding in central Europe has risen to 10 as official confirmation came of two more fatalities in south western Poland on Sunday.

The floods have affected an area near the borders of Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic, whilst Cacak in Serbia has suffered severe hailstorms.
