Montenegro divided over joining Nato

Montenegro has announced that it wants to join Nato.

But this has horrified many who say they never want to join the organisation, after it bombed the small country in the late 1990's.

Defence minister Boro Vucinic says a small country like Montenegro cannot find permanent peace and stability "by staying neutral".
