Latvia's electorate 'voted for stability' says Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis

Exit polls in Latvia suggest the country's centre-right government will be returned to power for a third term.

If the results are confirmed, the coalition led by Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis would have a majority in parliament for the first time.

As he was cheered by supporters, he said people had ''voted for stability and rejected populism''.
