Hungary declares state of emergency in three counties

Four people were killed by the debris which cut a swathe a kilometre wide, engulfing nearby villages.
Nearly 500 police officers and soldiers, including six emergency detection teams, have now been deployed.
Nick Thorpe reports from the town of Devecser.
